Paleo Pizza Crust

Instructions
- 1. Whisk the egg whites (or whole eggs) in a large mixing bowl until opaque.
- 2. Sift in the coconut flour and whisk until no clumps remain.
- 3. Add the baking powder and spices, and whisk until combined.
- 4. Heat a greased pan over low heat and pour in the batter, coating the bottom.
- 5. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- 6. Repeat until all batter is used.
- 7. Allow the crusts to cool, then poke holes in them for even cooking and dust lightly with coconut flour.
