Paleo Pizza Crust

grassfed butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free), melted and cooled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk until evenly combined.
- Create a small hole in the dry mixture and add the whisked eggs, water, and melted butter.
- Mix the ingredients together using a spoon or your hands to form a dough ball.
- Coat the dough ball with a little extra tapioca flour and place it on the baking sheet.
- Spread the dough into a circular shape, about 3/8 inch thick, using your hands.
- Bake the crust in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and top with your favorite toppings.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the toppings are heated and crisp.
- Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
