Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water and let it bloom until foamy.
- Blend all mozzarella ingredients until smooth, then heat in a saucepan while whisking until thickened.
- Combine flours, salt, and olive oil in a food processor, then add the bloomed yeast mixture and eggs to form the dough.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F with a baking sheet inside.
- Divide the dough and shape it into a circle on parchment paper, then spread tomato sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Transfer the pizza to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until the crust is browned.
- Remove from the oven, add fresh basil, slice, and serve.
