Instructions
- Combine the flax meal, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, water, and olive oil.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing well.
- Allow the batter to stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Transfer the batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Cool for 30 minutes before serving.
