Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and combine well.
- Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon topping over it.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean and the topping is crunchy.
- Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
