Ingredients

The bread

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cinnamon crunch topping

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and combine well.
  3. Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon topping over it.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until a skewer comes out clean and the topping is crunchy.
  5. Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
