Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together the softened butter and sweetener until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the banana extract and yogurt, whisking until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures and mix well.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts, then transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 45-50 minutes, removing the foil for the last 15 minutes.
- Once baked, let the bread cool in the pan completely before slicing.
