Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x4-inch bread pan, lining the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking soda, and ground flaxseed, ensuring there are no clumps.
- In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and then combine them with the flour mixture.
- Add the mashed banana and its juice to the mixture, and gently combine.
- Pour in the apple cider vinegar, vanilla, and melted butter (or oil) and fold until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Optionally, add sliced banana on top and brush with melted butter, turmeric, and cinnamon.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, covering with foil if the center is not set, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes if needed.
