Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a bread pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, baking soda, ground flaxseed, and ½ Tablespoon of cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs and egg white, then add the apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil.
- Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, ensuring no clumps remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing the remaining melted butter with ½ Tablespoon of cinnamon and brush it on the warm bread.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing and serving.
