Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- If a blender isn't available, combine ingredients in a mason jar and shake well.
- Let the dressing rest for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Taste and adjust flavoring as needed, adding more maple syrup if necessary.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
