Ingredients

  • cup red wine vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
  • 10 twists freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • a pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a liquid measuring cup.
  2. Whisk until blended.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
