Instructions
- Cut the chicken wings at the joints to separate the drumette, flat, and tip if they are not already separated.
- Season the wings in a large bowl with thyme, basil, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper, then place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake the wings at 425°F for 25 minutes, then flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- In a pot, combine butter, lemon juice, honey, grapeseed oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, and tarragon, and cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Pour half of the glaze over the baked wings, toss to coat, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, pour the remaining glaze over the wings along with basil and lemon zest, toss, and serve.
