Lemon Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve salt and honey in it.
- Add garlic, bay leaf, rosemary, peppercorns, lemon juice, and squeezed lemon pieces to the brine.
- Pour 7 cups of cold water into the brine and stir.
- Submerge chicken wings in the brine, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray.
- Remove wings from the brine, pat dry, and arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until wings are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and ranch dip if desired.
