Optional seasonings

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu and crumble it into a food processor.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and any optional spices.
  3. Process until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
  4. Taste and adjust flavorings as needed.
  5. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
