Instructions
- Drain the tofu and crumble it into a food processor.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and any optional spices.
- Process until smooth, about 30 to 60 seconds.
- Taste and adjust flavorings as needed.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
