Ingredients

Prosciutto Wrapped Cantaloupe

  • 3 oz prosciutto de parma
  • 6–8 slices cantaloupe

Cheese Board

  • 1 unit soft cheese (mozzarella, burrata, goat cheese, Brie)
  • 1 unit semi-hard cheese (manchego, provolone, feta cheese)
  • 1 unit hard cheese (Asiago, aged Cheddar, Parmesan)
  • 2-3 units cured meats (salami, prosciutto, pepperoni)
  • to taste unit nuts (pecans, pistachios)
  • to taste unit fruit (watermelon slices, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • to taste unit honey

Instructions

  1. Wrap one slice of prosciutto around each cantaloupe slice.
  2. Arrange the cheeses on the board first.
  3. Place the prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe and watermelon slices on the board.
  4. Arrange the cured meats on the board.
  5. Fill in open spots with remaining ingredients until the board is completely full.
