Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella

fresh mozzarella (cut into 1 inch cubes)

thinly sliced prosciutto

Instructions
- Remove cheese from the fridge 1 hour before serving to reach room temperature.
- Arrange the cheese on a large platter or cutting board and drizzle the funky cheese with honey.
- Surround the cheese with grilled bread, salami, and the grilled prosciutto wrapped mozzarella.
- Fill the board with fresh berries, stone fruits, figs, and green olives.
- Finish by sprinkling nuts around the cheese.
- For the grilled prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, preheat the grill to medium-high and oil the grate.
- Wrap each mozzarella piece in prosciutto and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
