Instructions
- Position the cheese on the board and let it warm to room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Create large chunks of blue cheese and Parmesan using a fork, and slice semi-hard cheese like cheddar to fan across the board.
- Cut wedges of brie into slices and arrange soft round cheeses on the board.
- Place small bowls of tapenade, olives, honey, or jam on the board.
- Fill large blank areas with sliced fruit, then arrange crackers and nuts in clusters.
- Add small spoons or serving utensils in bowls, and position cheese knives near the relevant cheeses.
- Check for any bare spots on the board and fill them with additional nuts or fruit, and drizzle honey over soft cheese if desired.
