  • 1 or 2 unit semi-soft cheese (Smoked Gouda, jarlsberg, blue cheese, Gorgonzola)
  • 1 unit semi-hard cheese (manchego, provolone, comte)
  • 1 unit hard cheese (Asiago, Aged Cheddar, Irish Cheddar, Parmesan)

The Meat

  • 2 units cured meats (salami, prosciutto, peppered salami, serrano ham, pancetta)

The Vehicle

  • assorted units crackers

Fruits & Nuts

  • assorted units nuts (almonds, cashews, candied pecans, pistachios)
  • assorted units fruit (grapes, apple slices, pear slices, dried apricots, dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds)

The Extras

  • assorted units marinated olives, stone ground mustard, honey

Instructions

  1. Select a cheese board or plate.
  2. Place the extras in ramekins around the board.
  3. Arrange the cheeses on the board, both cut and uncut.
  4. Add crackers or toasted bread to the board.
  5. Unwrap and place the cured meats in various spots.
  6. Fill any open spaces with fruits and nuts for a full look.
