Instructions

  1. Select a variety of cheeses and arrange them on a plate.
  2. Drizzle raw honey over the Parmigiano Reggiano.
  3. Roll the Chevre in finely chopped herbs and spices.
  4. Serve Manchego with a bit of apricot jam.
  5. Pair Baby Mozzarella with slow roasted yellow tomatoes and basil.
  6. Prepare a balsamic reduction by simmering balsamic vinegar until reduced.
  7. Add Marcona almonds, fresh grapes or figs, crostinis, and seeded crackers to the plate.
  8. Let the cheese sit out a bit before serving.
