Instructions
- Prepare the pickled strawberries by combining strawberries, basil, and thyme in a jar, whisk together white balsamic, honey, and vanilla bean seeds, pour over strawberries, seal, and refrigerate.
- For the burst cherry tomatoes, preheat the oven to 400°F, mix tomatoes with olive oil, herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a baking dish, and roast for 10-15 minutes until collapsed.
- Assemble the cheeseboard by placing cheeses on a large plate or board, arranging fruits, spreads, nuts, olives, and bread around the cheese.
- Drizzle blue cheese with honey, drizzle burrata with olive oil and garnish with rosemary, and top grilled brie with pickled strawberries.
