Pear Puff Pastry Tart

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet and poke holes in it with a fork.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border, and arrange the sliced pears on top.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and brush it on the edges of the pastry.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp, then drizzle with honey, sprinkle with walnuts, and add flaky sea salt.
- Cut into 9 squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
