Quick & Easy Honey Pear Tart

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Unroll the puff pastry and roll it into a 10x14-inch rectangle, crimp the edges.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash and top with goat cheese.
- Mix the pear slices with coarse sugar and arrange them on the pastry.
- Sprinkle with almonds and sea salt.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown, then cool for 10 minutes and drizzle with honey before serving.
