Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pie crust into a 10-inch circle and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Process the pecans, flour, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Drizzle honey into the pecan mixture and combine without forming a dough.
- Toss the pear slices with lemon juice and sprinkle with cardamom and cinnamon.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the chilled pie crust, leaving a 1.5-inch border.
- Layer the pear slices on top of the pecan mixture, then fold the crust edges over the pears.
- Melt honey and butter together, then brush over the crust and pears.
- Bake for 15 minutes, rotate, and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes, drizzle with honey, and serve.
