Instructions
- Prepare the brine by combining all brine ingredients in a pot and simmering until salt and sugar dissolve.
- Cool the brine to room temperature, then submerge the turkey breast and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
- Remove the turkey from the brine, rinse it, and pat dry.
- Place the turkey in a disposable aluminum pan and stuff it with lemon, onion, and rosemary.
- Mix softened butter with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, then rub it all over the turkey.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan and preheat the grill to 375°F.
- Place the pan on the grill and cook for 90-120 minutes, basting every 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
