Roasted Turkey Breast

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and let the turkey breast come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Remove any gravy packet from the turkey and pat it dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mash together the butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, onion powder, salt, and pepper until uniform.
- Carefully separate the turkey skin from the meat underneath and spread half of the butter mixture underneath the skin and the other half over the skin.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan on a rack with the skin side facing up.
- Roast the turkey breast for approximately 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). For a 5-pound turkey, this will take about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
- If the skin browns too quickly, cover it with aluminum foil.
- Remove the turkey from the oven and tent it loosely with aluminum foil. Let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
