Simply Roasted Turkey Breast

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and place lemon slices in the center.
- Rinse the turkey under cold water and pat it dry.
- Rub olive oil all over the turkey and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and poultry seasoning.
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet and place the turkey skin side down in the pan.
- Sauté for about 5 minutes until a golden brown crust forms.
- Transfer the turkey to the baking sheet over the lemon slices and cook for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Allow the turkey to cool for 20 minutes, then slice and enjoy.
