Garlic Herb Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

The garlic herb butter

unsalted butter, softened

ground black pepper

fresh tarragon, chopped

teaspoon
fresh sage, chopped

tablespoon
fresh thyme, chopped

teaspoons
fresh rosemary, chopped

garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Pat the turkey breast dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Place orange and lemon slices under the turkey breast.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with salt, pepper, tarragon, sage, thyme, rosemary, and garlic until combined.
- Rub ¾ of the butter mixture under and on top of the turkey skin.
- Cover the turkey breast with cheesecloth.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove cheesecloth, add remaining butter on top, and roast for another 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
