Instructions
- Process the hazelnuts into a fine powder using a food processor.
- Add the dates, cocoa powder, vanilla, coconut oil, and salt to the processor and blend until uniform.
- Taste the mixture and adjust flavors if necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a lined baking sheet and press it into a rectangle about ½-inch thick.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour before cutting into pieces.
- Store and serve directly from the fridge or freezer.
