Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter, collagen protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla in a blender or food processor until uniform.
- Freeze the mixture for about 20 minutes to firm it up.
- Scoop out balls of dough and roll them into balls using cold hands.
- Roll the balls in chopped peanuts to coat them.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
