Ingredients

The mixture

  • ¾ cup Collagen protein powder
  • ¾ cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

The coating

  • ½ cup Peanuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter, collagen protein powder, sweetener, and vanilla in a blender or food processor until uniform.
  2. Freeze the mixture for about 20 minutes to firm it up.
  3. Scoop out balls of dough and roll them into balls using cold hands.
  4. Roll the balls in chopped peanuts to coat them.
  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
