Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix tahini, coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, coconut sugar, and the egg using a hand mixer or spoon until well combined.
- Add almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the dairy free dark chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes to firm it up.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet to form cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
