Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the egg and coconut sugar.
- Mix in the tahini, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Optionally, refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly golden brown, then sprinkle with sea salt.
