Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the flaxseed meal and almond milk, then add the remaining wet ingredients and stir until smooth.
- 3. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients, excluding the chocolate chips.
- 4. Combine the dry mixture with the wet mixture; the batter will appear somewhat dry.
- 5. Use your hands to form a ball of dough and mix in the chocolate chips.
- 6. Use a cookie scoop to form cookies; they won't flatten while baking.
- 7. Bake for 9 minutes and sprinkle sea salt on top after removing from the oven.
