Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, collagen peptides (if using), and chocolate chips until combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, add the egg and baking soda to the dough and mix until fully incorporated.
- Scoop the dough to form cookies and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes, slightly undercooking for a chewy texture.
- Let the cookies settle before eating and sprinkle sea salt flakes on top.
