Instructions
- Mix almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin, tahini, maple syrup, collagen peptides (if using), and chocolate chips in a bowl until thick.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Add the egg and baking soda to the chilled dough and mix until incorporated.
- Scoop the dough to form cookies (10-12 depending on size).
- Bake for 10-11 minutes and let them settle before eating.
- Sprinkle sea salt flakes on top before serving.
