Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, collagen peptides (if using), and chocolate chips until well combined.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- After chilling, add the egg and baking soda to the dough and mix until fully incorporated.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 16 cookies.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes, then let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before serving.
