Ingredients

The cookie dough

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

For topping

  • to taste sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, collagen peptides (if using), and chocolate chips until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. After chilling, add the egg and baking soda to the dough and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 16 cookies.
  6. Bake for 10-11 minutes, then let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes before serving.
