Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges are crisp but the center is soft.
- Allow to cool completely for the best texture before serving.
