Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Drop dough onto a lined baking sheet using a cookie scoop.
- Form the dough into round mounds and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 10-16 minutes until the edges are crisp.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Store cooled cookies in an airtight container.
