Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ½ cup arrowroot powder
  • 5 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2. Sift together almond flour, arrowroot powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix well.
  4. 4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  5. 5. Roll about a tablespoon of dough into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. 6. Gently flatten the cookie with your hand or the back of a spoon.
  7. 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
