Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Sift together almond flour, arrowroot powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
- 3. Add the remaining ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix well.
- 4. Stir in the chocolate chips.
- 5. Roll about a tablespoon of dough into a ball and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- 6. Gently flatten the cookie with your hand or the back of a spoon.
- 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
