Paleo Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except the chocolate chips.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- Use a cookie scoop to form 10 cookies, spreading them out on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the cookies.
- Bake for 12-13 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool; they will flatten out and become crunchier.
