Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup tahini
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 24-26 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
