Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a blender until well mixed.
- Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Grill the chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
