The chicken

Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or ziptop bag.
- Add chicken thighs and toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or up to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 425°F.
- Cook the chicken on the grill for 8-12 minutes, flipping halfway, or bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
