Easy Chicken Thighs Marinade

The chicken

boneless skinless chicken thighs

Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey.
- While whisking, drizzle in the olive oil until well combined, then add garlic, onion, and chives.
- Set aside ¼ cup of the marinade for glazing later.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.
- Cook the chicken using your preferred method, either grilling or baking.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
