Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt until small bubbles form.
- 2. Add warm water to the egg mixture and whisk until combined.
- 3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into ramekins.
- 4. Cover the ramekins with plastic wrap or foil and create a steam vent.
- 5. Prepare a pot with a steamer rack and water below the rack, then bring to a boil.
- 6. Place the ramekins in the steamer, cover, and steam for 10 minutes.
- 7. Remove from the steamer and garnish with toppings before serving.
