Ingredients

The kabobs

  • 10 pieces bamboo skewers
  • 3 lbs mixed fruit, washed and dried

The dip

  • 1 cup low fat sour cream
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the fruit pieces onto the bamboo skewers.
  3. Keep the skewers chilled until ready to serve.
  4. Combine the low fat sour cream and brown sugar in a bowl to use as a dip.
