Chocolate Drizzled Fruit Kabobs

semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Prepare all the fruit by slicing it and lining a dish or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds, then mix in the coconut oil.
- Assemble the skewers by threading the fruit in the order of blueberry, banana slice, strawberry slice, blueberry, and raspberry, repeating this pattern and ending with a blueberry.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the assembled skewers and sprinkle with coconut and almonds.
- Store any leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
