Instructions
- Soak the cashews in water for at least 6 hours or boil for 30 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the cashews, then blend with cocoa powder, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until creamy.
- Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed and refrigerate the dip.
- Assemble the kebabs by threading pineapple, strawberry, grape, and blueberry onto each skewer.
- Serve the kebabs chilled with the chocolate dip.
