Ingredients

The chocolate cream dip

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

The fruit kebabs

  • 6-8 pieces wooden skewers
  • 8 ounces fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 pint strawberries
  • 8 ounces green grapes
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 6 hours or boil for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then blend with cocoa powder, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt until creamy.
  3. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed and refrigerate the dip.
  4. Assemble the kebabs by threading pineapple, strawberry, grape, and blueberry onto each skewer.
  5. Serve the kebabs chilled with the chocolate dip.
