Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water while prepping ingredients.
- In a medium pan, melt butter and add cranberries, maple syrup, and water. Simmer until cranberries reduce to a jammy texture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic. Combine with the cranberry mixture.
- Assemble the skewers by threading peach cubes, melon cubes, and feta cubes, leaving space at the base.
- Oil the grill and preheat to 350-375°F.
- Brush the skewers with the cranberry marinade and reserve some sauce.
- Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes per side, basting with the marinade, until tender.
