Ingredients

The fruits

  • 1 whole watermelon
  • 1 whole cantaloupe
  • 1 whole pineapple
  • 2 whole peaches

The dressing and seasoning

  • to taste salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • to drizzle amount balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and peaches into appropriate sizes for skewering.
  3. Assemble the fruit onto skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fruit starts to blacken and soften.
  5. Remove the skewers from the grill and let the fruit cool.
  6. Place the grilled fruit in a large serving dish.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chopped basil and salt, then serve.
