Instructions
- Preheat the grill.
- Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and peaches into appropriate sizes for skewering.
- Assemble the fruit onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the fruit starts to blacken and soften.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let the fruit cool.
- Place the grilled fruit in a large serving dish.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with chopped basil and salt, then serve.
