Grilled Peach and Watermelon Burrata Salad

Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or grill to medium-high heat.
- Spray the peaches with olive oil and grill them cut sides down for about 2 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
- On each plate, place a ball of burrata in the center.
- Arrange the grilled peaches, watermelon cubes, and watercress around the burrata.
- Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze before serving.
