Grilled Peach and Watermelon Burrata Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces peaches, cut into ½-inch-thick wedges
  • 1 pound burrata cheese
  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • ½ cup loosely packed watercress
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • as needed spray olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Spray the peaches with olive oil and grill them cut sides down for about 2 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
  3. On each plate, place a ball of burrata in the center.
  4. Arrange the grilled peaches, watermelon cubes, and watercress around the burrata.
  5. Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze before serving.
