Grilled Peach, Brie & Basil Sandwich

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Butter the outside of the bread slices and assemble the sandwiches with brie, peach slices, and basil, drizzling honey on top.
- Top each sandwich with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
- Grill the sandwiches for 2 minutes on each side until toasted and the cheese melts.
- Remove from the grill, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.
